Introduction of Convention Performance

- World level of 5 teams from 4 countries such as Korea, Japan, Portugal (1st prized team in Berlin Convention), France (1st prized team in Macao Convention) were participated and performed total 80,000 fireworks during two days, July 28 and August 4. Best fireworks team blasted off magnificent firework on barge, and at the end of Convention, Fire Letter containing special messages was performed.

Portugal
  • With the theme of ¡®water and fire¡¯ which represent the spirit and history of Portuguese, they expressed peaceful & poetic atmosphere and strong & passionate dynamics. By expressing the harmonization of ¡®water and fire¡¯ according to the rhythm of various movie OSTs and maintaining its own uniqueness in color and performing technique, we can appreciate beauty and stylish performing technique of European fireworks.
Korea
  • They focused on expressing the movement of sound as a shape. They connected the music of East & West with Korean rhythm harmonically, performed the fireworks harmonizing with the images of music, and provided spectators message of harmony and special excitement by performing music crossing East & West such as ¡®Summer Night¡¯(OST of ¡®Grease¡¯) which is familiar with us by the duet of John Travolta and Olivia Newton John, ¡®Cheonnyeon Hak(õ³âÇÐ)¡¯ by SuCheol Kim of ¡®SeoPyeonJe(¼­ÆíÁ¦)¡¯ OST, the prelude of Tchaikovsky in 1812 and fireworks

Introduction of Convention Performance

- While French and Korean fireworks team performed magnificent landscape with device fireworks using long distance of blasting spot, it was performed such as waterfall of light using Hyoungsan Bridge and POSCO eco-Tower and Fire Letter performing message with special meaning.

  • They created the atmosphere of appreciating beautiful old movies with the plan of showing fireworks with various movie OSTs being familiar to us. Also, they made us to enjoy the soul of high-leveled French firework through soft but sometimes strong and stylish fireworks.
Korea
  • With the theme of harmonization in nature and human, they made the cycle of tension and relaxation by crossing softness and intense from time to time, and in particular, sublimated the spirit of Korean and magnificence of the soul of Korean as tragic atmosphere.
